1. What is your processing and shipping time?
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, it will typically arrive within 4-7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days within the UK.
2. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are exploring international shipping options, so stay tuned for updates.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. No extra shipping fees will be applied at checkout.
4. What is your order cut-off time?
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you don't receive the tracking details, please contact us at support@veltroa.com.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with tags still attached. If you ordered the wrong item, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@veltroa.com. We will try to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been processed yet. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
